The Longevity Archive

About & methodology

The Longevity Archive is an independent, evidence-based reference for peptide and longevity compounds. The goal is simple: help people understand what the research actually shows, in plain language, with the sources one click away.

How we rate evidence

Strong

Multiple well-designed human trials, often including randomized controlled trials.

Moderate

Some human data or strong, consistent preclinical evidence, but gaps remain.

Preliminary

Mostly animal or in-vitro research. Human evidence is limited or absent.

We track two things separately: research strength (how much has been studied) and evidence level (how strong that evidence is). A compound can be widely discussed yet still sit at Preliminary.

Sourcing

Every profile links to primary literature: clinical trials, peer-reviewed studies, and reviews. Where a landmark trial exists, we name it so you can verify the claim yourself.

Independence

We have zero affiliate relationships, no sponsored compounds, and no paid placements. Nothing on this site is for sale, and no vendor influences a rating.
