Overview
CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue. Some versions include a Drug Affinity Complex that binds albumin and extends the half-life from minutes to days, producing sustained GH and IGF-1 elevation. It is commonly researched in combination with ipamorelin. It is not an approved therapeutic.
Mechanism of action
Activates the GHRH receptor on the pituitary to increase growth hormone secretion; albumin binding prolongs its activity.
