MET-233i, once-monthly amylin analog
Pfizer's monthly amylin analog (from Metsera) with a 19-day half-life, being co-formulated with berobenatide into a once-monthly GLP-1 plus amylin combination.
Overview
MET-233i shares the albumin-binding platform used by berobenatide. In Phase 1 it produced up to 8.4% placebo-subtracted weight loss by day 36 as a monotherapy, and Pfizer's 2026 pipeline lists the combination with berobenatide in Phase 2. If it works, it would be a monthly version of the CagriSema idea.
