Trontinemab fuses gantenerumab to a module that binds the transferrin receptor, ferrying the antibody across the blood-brain barrier at far lower doses. 6 mg/kg produced amyloid-PET negativity in 91% of participants at 28 weeks with ARIA-E under 5%.
